• Withdraw consent at any time (for processing based on explicit consent)
• Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission

VII. Sending EU citizens' data outside the EU: We typically keep EU citizens' data within the EU. If transfer beyond the EU is necessary, we obtain individuals' permission or ensure a formal written contract approved by the European Commission is in place, providing data the same protection as in the EU.
